Refunds and Returns

Unopened products

You can return an unopened, sealed vial within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us first so we can tell you where to send it. Return shipping is at your cost unless we made a mistake with the order.

Opened products

We cannot accept opened vials or vials with a broken seal, because we cannot verify how they were stored or handled.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it, at no cost to you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank decides how long the refund takes to appear.
